AI Strategist thinking
Seven instruments, one verdict.
Most dashboards report what happened. This one tells you what to do about it, and it does not need you to know which chart to open first.
Revenue, not sessions
Money booked this month, pipeline value behind it, and the leads that produced both. Traffic is a footnote, not the headline.
A single health score
Six weighted subsystems — search, performance, lead generation, brand, infrastructure and security — resolved to one number you can act on in ten seconds.
A competitor war room
Who moved against you this week, which backlinks they bought, and where their traffic went. Positions are relative — your dashboard should be too.
Search movement, daily
Tracked terms with position and direction, refreshed every morning. You see a slide the week it starts, not in a quarterly report.
Infrastructure in plain sight
Uptime, blocked threats, certificate and header grade, open incidents. The things that only become visible when they fail.
A strategist that reads it for you
Every morning the model reads the whole board and writes three items: the opportunity, the risk, and the one action worth doing today.
Wired to your real systems in a week.
This is not a screenshot generator. Every number on the board is pulled from a source you already own.
Inventory
We list every system that already holds a number worth watching — analytics, search console, CRM, invoicing, host, ad accounts.
Connect
Read-only credentials, scoped per source. Nothing writes back into your systems and nothing is copied where you cannot see it.
Define the score
We weight the six subsystems against your business model. A clinic and a SaaS platform do not get the same health formula.
Go live
The board turns on inside your portal, with the alert thresholds set on the call rather than guessed at by us.
Why the weekly report keeps failing.
The usual reporting stack
Sent after the fact
A PDF describing a month you can no longer change.
Measures the wrong thing
Sessions, impressions and bounce rate — none of which pay salaries.
Needs an analyst
Twelve tabs, four logins, and someone whose job is stitching them together.
Silent on competitors
Your rank moved because someone else moved. That never appears.
The Command Center
Refreshed while you watch
Sixty-second intervals on the live panels, daily on search position.
Revenue at the top
Booked, pipeline, leads. Everything else is arranged underneath it.
One screen, no training
An owner reads it in ten seconds. A marketing lead reads it for an hour.
Competitors in frame
Rank deltas, new backlinks, traffic direction, and a threat rating.
Included, not sold separately.
The Command Center is part of the operating system. It turns on with your plan — it is not an upsell bolted on afterwards.
DW Business OS
The full board turns on at launch — revenue, health score, search movement, infrastructure and the live activity feed, inside your client portal.
See what is included →DW Industry Pro
Adds the competitor war room, the AI strategist and Dark Water Pocket data, plus a human who reads the same board every Monday and acts on it before you have to ask.
See the plan →DW Enterprise
Multi-location roll-ups, per-location scoring, custom data sources, and role-scoped access for a team that does not all need the same view.
Talk through scope →Plans run $249/mo on DW Essential, $499/mo on DW Business OS and $799/mo on DW Industry Pro, with DW Enterprise from $1,500/mo. Setup is quoted once, up front, and halved when you pay annually. Compare every plan →
The questions that come up on the demo.
The board on this page runs on sample data so you can see the motion without an account. Your instance reads only your systems — analytics, search console, CRM, invoicing and host — through read-only credentials you issue and can revoke.
That is the normal case and it is the reason this exists. We inventory every source during scoping and connect them one at a time. Anything we cannot reach through an API gets a manual entry field rather than a fabricated number.
You do, on the call. We bring a starting weighting for your business model and you move it. A clinic weights lead generation and local search heavily; a subscription platform weights performance and retention. The formula is written down, not hidden.
Yes. Access is role-scoped. A location manager can see their own panel and nothing else, while an owner sees the roll-up. Enterprise engagements get custom roles.
You own everything we build, including the data connections and the configuration. We export it and hand it over. There is no clause that turns your dashboard off because you left.
The panels populate on day one. The trend lines and the competitor deltas need about three weeks of history before they are worth reacting to, and we say so rather than letting you over-read a five-day chart.
